Completing a Task

At the end of the day, when you look at your calendar or task list for that day, one of the best things about organizing your time is being able to easily track your progress, know how much time you’ve spent on each task, and what you still need to accomplish the next day. All tasks that have not been completed are moved to the next day and those tasks now become the next priority.  When a task is completed, you can type “Done” or checkmark that the task has been completed in your task list; or, if you use Tasks in Outlook, you can click the “Completed” check box. Feeling that sense of accomplishment can keep you more engaged in the other things you have on your list of things to do.  There are many ways to handle meetings and tasks in Outlook. If you find yourself needing help managing your calendar, coordinating and scheduling meetings, or assigning your tasks, allow me to come up with ways to balance those meetings and tasks for you – that is one task you can take off your mind!
