Replacing the Wire Receipt Spindles of Old
Does anyone remember using these, or maybe you have one at
your desk right now? I believe they were
referred to as Receipt Spindles. But there
is a great app out there that I love to use and it is called DocScanner. With this app, you can scan a document,
receipt, business card, and save it to your phone. Does your desk always seem to have
things scattered about it, post it notes, receipts, letters, etc. Doesn’t this
sound like a better way to keep your desk neat and clean? You can even Email the scanned document as a
PDF, jpeg, print it, or even save it to EverNote or DropBox. What if you are out somewhere and there is a
promotional piece laying around, but no extras to take home with you, or event poster hanging up, and you want to
remember it for later when you get back to your office? What about the nextworking event you attended and what will you do now with all those business cards you've collected. Use the DocScanner app to scan it all in and
there you have it!
What are some other uses that you can think of where you
can apply DocScanner? What are some tasks that you wish you could find a quick
solution to handling and free up your time? That is what I do best, finding a way to
handle those tasks for you!
